Our program

LoCo Ladies Basketball League is open to all women age 18 and over. Games are played during the summer on Sunday evenings at Claude Moore Recreation Center in Sterling, VA. Each season is 6 to 10 weeks long with games only. If desired team practices may be run and scheduled independently from the league. Games are officiated and follow NFHS rules.

We welcome all playing abilities and are focused on providing a relaxed yet organized opportunity for women to be active, enjoy the sport of basketball, and have fun.

Summer 2008 Player Registration Fee: $80
Required Reversible League Jersey: $20
If playing with a team, members must register as individuals and note team name within registration.

LoCo Ladies basketball league was created by DMB Sports Group to add to the opportunities for women to play sports in our area. DMB Sports Group, Inc. is a sports marketing and programming company located in Dulles Virginia. DMB Sports runs a state-licensed multi-sports camp in Lansdowne and manages the Loudoun Field Hockey Association and Cascades Flag Football in addition to other clients' sports programs.
